Are dogs allowed in the studios?
Yes, dogs are allowed. We charge a one-time supplement for this: €25 for one dog and €40 for two dogs.
How can I request an invoice for my stay?
Send us an email with your details or leave them at reception. We will send you an invoice.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Arriving a little earlier? Feel free to stop by reception. This way, we can see if your studio might be ready earlier.
Check-out is until 10:30 AM. Would you prefer a later check-out? For an additional €20, you can stay until 1:00 PM.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
Please contact us. The change and cancellation policy depends on the rate you selected. We will discuss the options with you.
Is there private parking?
Yes, you can park here for €16 per day. Please stop by reception first, and we will give you the access badge.
Reception closes at 7:30 PM, but I won't be arriving in Ostend until later. What now?
Don't worry! We'll put your key in a key safe and send you all the information so you can check in independently.
I've been in Ostend since the morning and have reserved a parking space. Can I use it already?
If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance that you want to use the parking in the morning, we can arrange this for you. We'll then put an access badge in a key safe.
